齐小方 博士 硕士生导师 副研究员

天津理工大学功能晶体研究院副研究员,硕士生导师。2011年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,同年被保送至西安交通大学进行硕博连读。博士在读期间(2015-2016年),至德国莱布尼茨晶体生长研究所(IKZ)进行博士生联合培养,并于2017年获得工学博士学位。之后在江苏大学能源与动力工程学院,任讲师。2022年调入天津理工大学功能晶体研究院。

主要研究领域为半导体晶体,特别是液相法/PVT法SiC、金刚石单晶、直拉法单晶硅的晶体生长、热场设计及工艺优化。迄今为止,已发表学术论文20余篇,其中SCI一作/通讯作者论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、江苏省博士后科学基金、企业产学研等项目。目前担任Journal of Crystal Growth、Silicon及人工晶体学报等期刊评审人。
