天津理工大学功能晶体研究院教授,博士生导师,天津市特聘教授,天津市学科领军人才。本科和硕士毕业于中国科学技术大学化学系,2012年在日本筑波大学和日本国家物质材料研究所的联合研究生院材料科学与工程专业获得材料工学博士学位。2012-2015年在香港大学物理系从事博士后研究。2015年归国后加入湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院,2017年调职入天津理工大学功能晶体研究院。目前为晶体材料全国重点实验室PI研究员,中国硅酸盐学会晶体生长与材料分会理事,天津市材料学会理事,天津光电产业(人才)联盟理事。

主要研究领域为半导体材料和晶体材料的生长、表征及光损伤研究,包括微观结构表征、电子能带结构表征、光谱表征及超快动力学研究。目前,已经在Nature Communications,Physical Review Letters, Nano Letters,Advanced Materials,Advanced Functional Materials,ACS Nano等具有重要影响力的国际期刊发表SCI 论文60余篇,获得日本专利一个。2018年获英国物理学会(IOP)中国高被引作者奖。
